Non- Traditional games for everyone

Introduction to non-traditional sport games that can be presented to young people in order to increase their excitement and involvement in physical activity. Knowledge, skills, and attitudes to promote and create physical activity events – focused on nontraditional sport games. Introduction to holistic lifestyle approach for wellbeing (nutrition, recovery, movement, mental health). Ability to develop teamwork, leadership, discipline, and other skills and values in youngsters through various activities oriented on physical, social, and mental health. Space to share best practices from their own realities. Opportunities to involve youngsters with fewer opportunities in social life through sport.
